Upon completion of the course, delegates will be equipped with the following knowledge and skills:
Understanding of Muscle Physiology and Energetics
Students will develop a solid grasp of muscle physiology and energetics and learn how to apply this knowledge effectively in their coaching practice.
Knowledge of Joint Anatomy and Basic Biomechanics
Coaches will acquire an understanding of joint anatomy and fundamental principles of biomechanics, enabling them to assess and analyze client movement patterns accurately.
Anatomical Assessment of Client Movement Patterns
